Delalle en personne (mais c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu bient\u00f4t !), j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert deux de ses b\u00e9b\u00e9s la semaine derni\u00e8re. Et surprise ! Les 2 int\u00e8grent directement notre cave ! Install\u00e9 depuis \u00e0 peine 4 ans, il travaille des cabernets francs, des grolleaux, des gamays et des chenins. L&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;exploitation est en conversion bio (\u00e9videmment).
